Aquaculture Systems Technologies LLC is proud to offer "TURNKEY", PRE-FABRICATED, SKID MOUNTED FILTRATION SYSTEMS. Over the past several years while attending trade shows and conferences across the country we have had a number of individuals approach us asking for turnkey filtration systems. Many hobbyists do not have the time or the inclination to install their own filtration systems. Additionally, many feel that having a pond or pool builder un-familiar with Koi and/or anything but swimming pool sand filters do the installation is not a viable option. Who better to fabricate a skid mounted "state-of-the-art" filtration system than the experts who manufacture the filters in the first place.

Our skid mounted systems include the following:

• Plastic equipment pads
• Bubble-Bead Filters
• AST-UV Sterilizers w/vertical mounting kit.
• Centrifugal Pumps w/strainer baskets
• Pump Assisted Backwash Kits for pressurized discharge of backwash waters.  Automated systems include separate sludge pumps.
• System is completely plumbed using Schedule 40 PVC.
• Simply connect a line leading from your pond to the pump suction and a line leading from the UV back to the pond.
• System assembled using Unions at strategic locations for easy maintenance.
• All systems are Hydro-tested to ensure no leaks in the system

Systems are available AUTOMATED with backwash automation packages installed.  Automate systems include ASTBB1 Controller, sludge pump, and if required pump start relays.  Again, system is pre-wired and tested so all you have to do is plug it in.
